Booth Sweets and Terra part 1

Okay for this story line Booth fell in love with Lance Sweets instead of Bones and so they got together. A year later the strength of thier relationship was tested by a girl named Terra that Both Booth and Sweets had feelings for. And after talking about it they decided that if Terra was okay with the idea they could have a three some relationship. Terra of course agreed because she was falling for both guys. So now all three of them are together. And have been going strong for A year now.  Terra and Terri are my characters. The rest belong to the creator of the series Bones. Oh and Terra is part of the squints team and is a computer expert and also she is 22 years old. While Sweets is 23 and Booth is in his mid 30's.  Also Booth is the one that controls the relationship and both his partners. He is not abusive and they are both aware that sometimes they do things that are immature and so Booth is there to set them straight about it.

Part 1 : Terra goes missing.

After kissing Sweets and Booth and all the "I love you's" and "See you at work" were over  before they went to work and since she didn't have to go in for another hour yet she watched some TV until she got a phone call. It was her twin sister Terri. Everyone knew that Terra had a sister named Terri. What Terra had never told them is that Terri was her twin. So after getting a call from Terri panicking because her boyfriend was acting crazy again Terra sent her a message saying that she was coming to get her. Terra called into work and then wrote a note for Booth and Sweets saying she had to leave town but not giving a reason. On her way to the bus stop Terra noticed again that the strange man in the green car was following her she hadn't said anything to anyone yet. Not ever Booth or Sweets. They tended to be overly protective since she was the girl in the relationship.

Terri was also on a bus and was on her way to her sister since her phone had been broken and she knew where her sister lived. She just rode the bus the whole way to town. When she got off the bus she began to walk to her sisters place and just as she pulled out her spare key which her sister had sent her someone came up behind her in the dark and grabbed her and dragged her over to a green car calling her by her sisters name. She didn't correct him.

When Terra got to her sisters place she found no evidence of her sister anywhere. She wanted to call Booth and Sweets and tell them where she was and that she was okay but she changed her mind. She was SO going to get her ass blistered by Booth but it would be worth it to help her sister. Booth would just yell at her about not communicating well if she did call.

Terra had been missing for 24 hours and Booth and Sweets and the other squints were frantic trying to find her. They couldn't reach her by phone or anything. They were worried. They examined the note and knew that something wasn't right about it. It wasn't normal for Terra to be so short about things. If she was gonna go somewhere she would written enough details so that no one would be left to worry about her.

They were interrupted by a phone call. Someone had found a human leg in a yard. Booth Sweets Bones and several of the gang rode along to check out the scene of the crime.

There was police there and they appeared to be extra disgusted by this.

"What do we got?" Booth asked the officer.
"Well the leg was left to lead us to the body. The body is nailed shut in a clear cased coffin on the bed in this house. Strange thing is that this house had no people living in it. All we can see from the coffin is that the victim is young and female. Both her left leg and her right arm were cut off. The arm is in the coffin with the body and the coffin shows evidence that it was buried so I personally think the cause of death was suffocation. This was one sick bastard. Cuts off limbs and then buries the poor girl alive and leaves her to suffocate. We have no ID for the body yet." The officer explained and so Booth went in the house with Bones and they found the bedroom though the coffin was clear they couldn't see the body very well.

"Let's transport it to the Jeffersonian and then we'll open it up. That way any evidence on the coffin is preserved. I am gonna catch this sick bastard that did this to her." Booth vowed and so the coffin was transported to the lab and once all the squints were in the lab Booth had gone back to his office but Sweets stayed with the squints out of curiosity. Bones broke open the coffin and looked inside and her eyes went wide in shock and horror and she looked up at Sweets. "Oh my god." and then she started to cry.

The team came over to look too and everyone now had tears in their eyes. Sweets went over to look as well and at first he could only stare in shock. It was Terra. The body was Terra. And then he couldn't do anything but scream and scream.

Booth along with half of security ran to the lab at the sound of the screams.

Sweets ran into Booths arms and just kept crying hard.
"What? What's wrong? Why is everyone crying?" Booth asked now nervous.

"Terra." Sweets cried hysterically. And that's when it hit him. He looked at the coffin and while Sweets held onto him he went over to look and he paled. but he didn't let himself cry. No he wouldn't let himself cry until he had caught the killer. But he did shed a few tears for the lost love and held onto Lance as he clung crying.

"Guys look at me." Booth demanded his voice rough and everyone looked at him through their tear glazed eyes. "He doesn't get away with this. We're gonna find this bastard. And once we have him. That's when we can lose it. But until then I need everyone to keep it together. We need to stay strong until we find whoever did this. I wanna who did this. And I wanna know why. And until we get those answers we need to keep it together. I need you all focused for this. We are the best. We are the only ones who can find this bastard. But in order to find him we have to keep it together. So please.....Stop crying for now. And start examining everything." Booth said trying hard not to look at the severed arm and leg that had no right to be off of the body that he loved. She was dressed and her hair which was normally up was now down.

Everyone got it together even Sweets though it was really hard for him. Booth took Sweets to his office and they held each other for a long time. They wouldn't cry yet. But they WOULD find the person that did this. They had to find him. For Terra. They had to find justice.

On the bus again Terra was worried but she was glad to be almost home. She couldn't wait to see Booth and Sweets and give them both a big kiss. Terra had found Terri's purse at her house and so she took it with her when she went back home. She was sure that Terri had decided to go to Terra's place. Once arriving she got off and then headed to the Jeffersonian first. The guard ID her and then after seeing her face and taking Terri's ID from her he lead her to the office of Agent Booth.

"Agent Booth." The officer called and discovered that the agent had the whole team in is office. Bones had just told everyone that evidence on the body stated that Terra was awake and conscious while her limbs were removed which meant that she had suffered.

"yeah." Booth said his voice rough still.

"Uh I have Terri Snider here. I stopped her at the door." the officer said and seemed hesitant about something.

"Terra's sister. Let her in." Booth said.

"Uh well. Okay but you should brace yourself." the officer said then went out the office and told her to go in.

Terra rolled her eyes wondering why the officer thought that she was Terri just cause she had Terri's ID.

She went into the office and Bones screamed. And everyone seem to stiffen at the sight of her.

She had her hair down like Terri usually wore it. Mainly because she had lost her hair tie.

"Uh. Hi." Terra said.

Booth and Sweets were shocked. "Twins. That's just great." Booth said annoyed that he hadn't known that Terra had a twin.

"Someone wanna tell me what's going on?" Terra demanded.

"Maybe you should sit down." Booth said.

"Why?" Terra asked nervous.

"I'm sorry Terri. But.....Your sister. .....Terra is dead." Booth finally spit it out. And two things hit her hard.

One was that her sister was somehow dead. And two....They had called her Terri. And thought that the dead girl was her.

She tried to keep her composure "What happened/" Terra asked.

"She was murdered." Booth said sadly.

"How?" Terra asked.

"Well as far as we can tell she was probably taken somewhere near our house and then the guy cut her right arm off and her left leg off. Then he put her in a clear coffin with a single blue rose and buried the coffin. The cause of death was suffocation from being buried in the coffin. Once she was dead the killer then removed the coffin from the ground and placed it in a random house and placed the leg in the yard to lead people to the body." Bones said.

Terra did sit down then. "Was she alive? When her limbs were removed?" Terra asked.

"Yes. She was aware that it was happening and she did feel it. We're gonna get the monster that did this. I promise. He doesn't get away with this. Do you have any idea who might have done this? Someone who was mad at her maybe? Did she ever piss off anyone that was dangerous?" Booth asked.

"You mean anyone that was fucked up? No." Then Terra thought back to the guy that had followed her. And realized that when the guy saw Terri he must have thought she was Terra and tortured and killed her. However pretending to be Terri sounded like a good idea. At least for now. And then slowly she would begin to act like herself and maybe she could fuck with the killer enough to make him think he killed the wrong girl and then he would come after her. And then she could get him.

"Well I think I'm gonna go rent a hotel room. Please let me know if you find out anything else." Terra said.
"Yeah sure. Uh wait." Booth stopped her. And she turned back to him.

"Actually it's probably not a good idea for you to be unguarded. I mean you were Terra's twin. If the killer see's you he might think that he killed the wrong girl and go after you just to be sure. I'm just saying it's probably not that safe out there for you." Booth said.

"Agent Booth is it?" she asked as if she wasn't sure. He nodded "I heard about you. She talked about you and Dr. Sweets all the time. And the squints. Look I'll be fine. I don't need to be protected. Thanks anyways." Terra said and thought it was hard she walked out and got a cab to get a hotel room.

Booth scoffed "God she is just like Terra. I don't recall the possible victim getting a say in weather they get protected or not." Booth said and then made a call to have a round the clock watch trail Terra's sister.

It was later in the day when Booth and Sweets were back in the lab watching Bones cut off the clothing.
When she cut off the shirt and then the pants. And then also the underwear just in case she was raped. But there was no evidence of rape.

"Okay so this wasn't normal this guy just took his to torture her? That is fucked up." Booth said and then something caught his eye.

"Whoa wait a minute. Where's her tattoo?" Booth asked and his hand went to the hip where she had a tattoo but he found the tattoo on the other hip instead. "It's there Booth. You can see it." Bones pointed out the Tattoo on Terra's left hip.

Sweets came forward too and Booth suddenly said "This isn't Terra." Booth said.

"What do you mean?" Bones asked.,

"Trust me Bones. I've slept with Terra and so has Sweets. Her tattoo is on her right hip. Not her left. She once told me that her and her sister Terri got matching tattoo's. She got hers on her right and Terri got hers on her left. Not that's is from Terra's own mouth. This isn't Terra. Which means this has to be Terri." Booth said his brain spinning with idea's now.
"Terra must have got on the bus that day like she said she was in the note. And somehow Terri got on a bus too and came here. And then someone killed her." Sweets said.

"Yeah. Someone killed her. Because they thought she was Terra. Which means Terra is still in danger." Booth said.

"Maybe that's why Terra didn't correct us when we all thought she was Terri. Maybe she thought she was safer that way until the killer was caught." Angela said/.

"Terra isn't worried about the killer. In face she might be the only one who might know who it is. I'm gonna call her in and interrogate her. We're gonna play along as if she's Terri. I wanna see where she's going with this." Booth said and then called the officer to have Terri come in.

Terra sat in the chair and waited for someone to come in and ask her questions.

Booth was talking with Sweets "Watch her. If you see anything at all to suggest that she's lying then tell me. And My plan is to bust her before she leaves. She should know that we're smarter then this. We would have eventually figured it out." Booth said then he went into the room and sat in a chair.


"So when was the last time you talked to Terra?" Booth asked.

"About two days ago. There was an issue with my X and I asked her for help. She sent me a message saying she would come get me but she never showed up. So I came out here and that's when I went looking for her." Terra said which was mostly true.

"I see. You understand that it's kinda strange you coming into town the same day your sisters body is found?" Booth asked.

"Okay first I'm a victim and now I'm a suspect? Make up your mind Agent Booth." Terra said snottily.

"For the record....You aren't a suspect. You were out of town and we have witnesses that can tell us that you were on that bus all night and we can also look and see what time the bus got in. That alone would leave you with no chance to commit the murder. So no your not a suspect. You loved your sister. I believe that. But what I don't believe is that you have no idea's about who might have killed her. She was always emailing you. She must have said something." Booth said.

"Well she did see someone in a green car. He was kinda creepy and he seemed to be following her but she wasn't sure. But she also didn't think that it was a threat. She couldn't see him very well. All she told me was that he had a green car and that he also had a camera and that she couldn't see his face. But again she never thought anything would happen." Terra said.

Booth became annoyed "Okay so she was being followed and she never said anything about it except to you. When did she notice this guy following her?" Booth asked.

"It was about the same time when she got together with you and Dr. Sweets. That was the first time she noticed him and go suspicious. She still never saw his face." Terra said.

"A year. This guys was tailing after you for a fucking year and you never said anything? Not a single word to me or Sweets or anyone else about this guys following you? Are you trying to get yourself killed?! Why Terra? Why didn't you say anything!" Booth shouted and he stood up angry and then he slammed his fist against the wall fuming with his anger and he then leaned against the all and glared at her.

Terra sat back in the chair and crossed her arms. "So. What gave me away?" Terra asked.

"Actually you gave yourself away. I saw the tattoo. And I knew that your tattoo wasn't on your left hip. It was on your right hip. I've seen your body enough to know the details about it. Sweets and I thought she was you. We thought you were dead Terra! And then you come in here and just let us believe it. I know what your doing. Your trying to use yourself as bait. You think that if the killer sees you then he'll come after you and kill you to make sure he killed the right girl. And that would be fine except it isn't! You can't do this by yourself. you need our help. So here's what we're gonna do. We're gonna go along with this little game and put a tracker on you so that when he comes after you we can find you before he starts to actually butcher you. We can find out who he is and we can get him. And then we'll find out why he was after you." Booth said. Then added "And then when this is all over I'm gonna have your hide." Then he leaned in close "I'm sorry about Terri. But I'm glad that it wasn't you." Booth said then he kissed her softly and then said "Sweets was shattered. You really owe him after this stunt. You owe him a kiss before you go too." Booth said and then left the room .

Terra got up and then headed to Sweets office and waited for him to come in. He was surprised to find her there.

"Terra." he said.

She stood up "Are you mad at me? Look please don't hate me. I just didn't know how to tell you guys that I was Terra. And when I realized that you guys all thought she was me and that I was dead I didn't want to bring it up until later. I wasn't gonna lie forever. Just until he was caught." Terra said and then she hugged him and he hugged her back letting out a sigh of relief that she was alive he couldn't help but feel joy at that.

It was three hours later at her hotel With Booth and Sweets guarding the house and several other officers all waiting to see if something would happen. They watched her open the hotel door and then close it.

Terra walked in and closed the door and locked it behind her. She turned the corner and the wind was knocked out of her as a man lunged himself at her his hand covered her mouth muffling her screams and his other hand which had a knife in it tried to stab her in the shoulder. But she moved in time to avoid it and he slapped her and her right hand grabbed his wrist to hold the knife away while her other hand reached over to the table she grabbed the leg of the table and yanked with all her might causing the table to fall and the vase to hit and shatter on him. He lunged off of her to hold his head and she hurriedly got up and unlocked the door and yanked it open which Booth saw along with the arm that snaked around and dragged her back in and slammed the door. Booth ran gun drawn and he kicked the door down cocking his gun he yelled "\FBI Freeze!" Booth yelled seeing the man that was pinning her down. His hands left her and she punched him hard in the nose and Booth came forward and grabbed him slamming the guy into the wall "You can't do this to me! That little slut is a cock tease!" the man said.

" First of all she can't be both a slut and a cock tease. And second Your under arrest for the murder of Terri Snider. And for the attempted murder of Terra Snider. You have the right to remain silent and anything you say can and will be used against in a court of law." Booth continued to read him his rights as Sweets came in and Terra hugged him her body shaking with adrenaline and then she cried for her sister. Sweets held her as she cried.
Booth roughly shoved the man into a police car to be taken down to the station so that they could question him tomorrow but there was enough evidence that he was guilty and there was witnesses to prove that he had attempted to kill Terra.

The next morning Sweets Booth and Terra were questioning the killer while other officers had found his car and were checking it out.

The killer was crying and Booth wasn't very sympathetic. "You killed Terri thinking she was Terra. But why did you want to kill Terra? And why like that? Why make her suffer? Didn't she try to tell you she wasn't Terra/" Booth asked.

"No. She never said she wasn't Terra. All she did was keep screaming. I had to punish her. I had to. She got me all hot and excited and then left me hanging on the verge of release and I was so in love with her. I knew when I saw her that she was meant to be mine. But She turned out to be just another cock tease playing at being slut. I payed all my collage fund money just to see her naked. And in the end she backed out. She left me hanging." The killer said and then Booth said "Okay first of all if you were really in love with her you wouldn't have been able to take her life. And second Love is not the same as obsession. And What your describing is obsession. And thirdly what do you mean you payed all your money to see her naked?" Booth wondered.

"She was so beautiful. A pretty little angel sent to me from god to show me that the world wasn't just filled with these girls that would lead you on and then leave you. Nothing was ever meaningful. Not until I saw her. When I saw that picture I was hooked. A lot of people were. She was so young and pretty. She looked so innocent. To innocent to ever deliberately hurt anyone. But her face was just another lie. Just like all the other pretty little lies. And she is a tease. And everyone wanted her." The killer said

Sweets got inside the killers head then "So you felt that she was yours and that you had a right to take her. And that she was a message from god that you shouldn't give up on love. So then why punish her? What did she do wrong?" Sweets asked.

"You can't dress like that and not expect to be taken. You can't strip to your under clothes and then just stop and run away. You can't do that. You just can't. She stopped. She didn't strip all the way. She had to be punished for not finishing it." The killer said.

"Okay what are you talking about?" Terra asked confused now. At that moment an officer came in "Agent Booth you better come see this. We found a disk, It has a slid show and some video's on it." Booth ordered the killer and an officer to stay there while he went with Sweets and Terra back into the other side of the mirror where they couldn't be seen. A computer screen was set up and the officer popped the disk in.

First was a profile page. TT Tiny Terra. Age 15

And the picture was of Terra as a teen wearing a short skirt and a revealing top.

Then was the slid show and the pictures got more revealing the more they popped up.
Some were very obviously a cheap version of child porn which was illegal and then the last picture which was circled and it was by far the most scandalous. Booth was appalled by it. Porn was one thing. Child porn was just sick. "Were you really 15 here?" Booth asked.
"Yeah. Booth I swear Jimmy was suppose to take the profile down! Everything was suppose to be taken off my site because I quit. Oh god. That's it. The deal I made with Jimmy. He refused to take my site down at first and then he got an offer it was a lot of money. He said I would have to strip naked in front of the camera on live chat. So I agreed. I didn't really wanna do it but I thought it was the only way to get the sight down. And I stripped to my bra and underwear and then I just couldn't do it. I couldn't make myself do it. I ran off the set crying. It was just a summer thing. It was suppose to be a short fun modeling thing. I didn't understand that the way he was dressing us was for child porn. I didn't get it. But I was caught by my best friend who found the sight and she was appalled. So naturally I quit. And then I went back in to ask him to take down my sight. And that's when we made the deal." Terra said and then the video's were next.

There were three were they were just live chats of her flirting thought Booth could both see and hear the guy prompting her on what to say and telling her what to do and how to touch herself. Then was the last video where she was dressed in a skimpy school girls outfit and she began to take the shirt off as the guy was telling her too. And when she was in her bra he was telling her to take off her skirt and tears gathered in her eyes and Booth felt for the scared little girl on the tape. And soon she was crying while she took off the skirt and the guy yelled at her telling her to stop crying and then ordered her to take off the bra and underwear. Once the skirt was off she was crying too hard to see and she fumbled a bit but then she ran out apologizing saying that she couldn't do it. Then the video was over.

And now Terra understood what the killer meant. She had almost completely forgot about the sight and the videos.

Booth was sickened and hurt by what she had gone through. By what she had put herself through. He shut the computer and then pointed at Terra "You stay in here." Booth said then headed out the door and Sweets followed him to play shrink with the killer while Terra watched unseen from behind the wall.

"It was the sight wasn't it? You saw the pictures of her exposing most of her skin and you got the hots for her. And then the last live video she did she stripped down to her bra and underwear. You were watching her. And you were getting off on it right?" Booth asked.

"You'd have gotten off on it too! But she ran before I was done! She cheated me!" The killer said.

Booth leaned on the table "She was 15 years old! She was a child! A little girl being told what to do and what to say by a pervert that runs an illegal child exploitation business. Child porn is illegal! Just like underage sex is illegal. Just like rape is illegal. Just like murder is illegal. Just because a little girl was tricked into feeling like she had no choice but to take her clothes off doesn't mean that you have the right to take revenge on her just because she didn't bare herself to you! You may have paid a lot of money for it but it was still illegal. And you had a heart you would have seen that in that video she was terrified! She was a scared little girl trying to fix a problem and thinking that that was her only solution. The only reason you saw as much as you did was because the guy that runs that place is a perv and he refused to take her site down when she asked him to after she quit. He manipulated her into doing that last video making her think that it was the only way to get what she wanted. Which was her site taken down. And guess what? She wasn't meant to be yours. She wasn't sent to you. She was never yours. She was a little girl that you tracked down and tried to kill just because she ran away trying to keep her dignity before you were done jacking off. People kill for far more then that! Your just a fucking pervert that sits behind his desk jacking off at illegal porn saved on his computer. Child porn. 15 years old is too young for her to have understood what she was doing. Most 15 year old's have barely kissed a guy. Teen girls may dress inappropriately but they have no idea the effect it has on guys. Maybe if you had a little self control you wouldn't be about ready to go to jail for a long time! Terra is mine. She's taken so you can just put her out of your head." Booth said raising his voice and then he stormed out.

He went in and saw Terra "Thanks for defending my honor." she said.

"Oh you just wait til we get home. We'll see how thankful you are." Booth said and then watched as Sweets gave the killer a meaningful lecture about how lots of child porn stars end up dead because of guys like him and that he had basically tortured an innocent girl with Terra's face for  no reason. He'd killed the wrong girl. And he was going down for it. Then Sweets left too.


Terra went up and kissed Sweets and then they went back to work until the day was over then they went home.

Later that night Terra was sitting having already explained herself she just listened to the lecture Booth was giving her about what a bad choice she had made.

"I mean first of all you were a child porn star and you never said anything about that and it might have been nice to know about that because those pictures will be on the internet forever and there are probably guys of all ages that stare at those pictures and get off on them. Then you notice your being followed and you never say a word about that! Then you take off to see your sister who by the way happens to be your twin and you never said that either! That's three big things. Two of which is the reason you were almost killed. Those first two mistakes could have cost you your life. Guys like that are the reason sights like that are illegal. Well that and child porn is just wrong!! I don't know how someone can get off while watching a crying little girl strip in front of a camera. I for one felt sorry for you. I want the name of the bastard that owns that sight. He's going to be arrested for this too. If it wasn't for him trying to make more money off of exploiting you then this wouldn't have happened. And I'm gonna use those pictures in court to help prove the case. Those pictures are proof enough. I just can't believe it took you so long to realize that it wasn't some modeling gig. He had you dressed like this and you thought you were modeling?" Booth said the last part while holding up one of the pictures.

"I was 15! Booth I am well aware of how stupid it was. I did realize what was going on and quit. It just took me longer to admit it to myself. His name is Jimmy Raise. You can get the address of the place from the sight." Terra said.

"Oh trust me. I will." Booth said.

"Look Terra I get that you were just a kid and you didn't really understand what was going on but you couldn't have felt comfortable letting him take these pictures with you dressed like that." Sweets said.

Terra glared at him "Well at first it was okay. The outfits weren't that bad at first. Just super short skirts and tank tops that were low cut. And then later it was bikini's and then it just moved to stuff like that. And wearing that stuff wasn't any more revealing then the bikini he had on me. It was just for money it didn't mean anything to me. I never thought anything bad would happen because I didn't understand that it was illegal. Actually I didn't even look at the pictures until my friend found the sight. She saw them and then I saw them and I was disgusted. I saw for the first time that I looked like a slut. Or worse one of those girls from a porn magazine. I quit. And you know the rest." Terra said.

"Okay we're not gonna keep rehashing this all night. Let's get this over with Terra. Come on." Booth said.

Terra slightly cringed "Do we have to?" she asked.

"Hey I'm just doing what your father should have done if he had bothered to stick around." Booth said and Terra went over to him.

Sweets went to the bed room and took a shower to give them privacy and to drown it out.

Booth unbuttoned her jeans and tugged them and her underwear down then he pulled her over his knee and said "Just so we're clear.......This is for lying. Because not telling me something that I need to know is the same as lying. Weather I need to know or not when you keep something from me it's lying." Booth said then with one hand on her back he held her down and the other hand slapped down sharply on her bottom.

She lasted ten smacks without making much noise and then at ten she yelped and began to squirm but Booth kept a tight hold on her and continued to spank her landing another ten smacks making an even twenty and then he picked up the wooden hairbrush and brought it down and it burn like crazy. She only ten brush smacks before she had tears in her eyes and then another ten and she was crying hard. Booth stopped at that. 40 was enough he thought and he put the brush down seeing her deep red bottom and helped her stand up and replaced her pants and then hugged her.

"I'm sorry." she cried.

"Shh. I know. I'm sorry too.  I'm sorry I had to do that. But you can't take risks like that. It's too dangerous. We don't keep secrets in this house. Come on let's go to bed." Booth said and with an arm around her waist he led her to the bed and they both stripped and he put on pajama pants while she put on pajama shorts and a top and they got in bed. He spent most of the time lulling her to sleep by petting her hair and it worked. She fell asleep and then Sweets came out and quietly put pajama pants on and got in bed too. Booth always slept in the middle while Terra slept on the right and Sweets slept on the left. Booth liked being in the middle cause then he could have them both in each arm while he slept on his back.
